The dream started after the loss of their parents
The sister accustomed to hearing words such as, “He will be a burden to you and your family.” “Institutionalize him or put him in a home.” The sister did not listen. Instead, she banded with her children who supported her dream, and they helped her to provide their family member every opportunity to grow. This was the beginning of TLAC.

The goal of our work has been to offer individuals with disabilities day to day living that is as rich, absorbing and worthwhile as possible, with an emphasis on helping people with disabilities to live up to their maximum potential in the community.
